**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative on our arenaflex team, you'll be responsible for:
* **Establishing customer relationships**: Build strong relationships with our customers, understanding their needs and preferences
* **Following up with customers**: Stay in touch with customers, providing ongoing support and guidance as needed
* **Using a customer-focused, needs-based review process**: Educate customers about insurance options, using a customer-centric approach to identify their needs and preferences
* **Developing leads**: Identify new sales opportunities, and develop leads to grow our customer base
* **Scheduling appointments**: Arrange meetings with customers to discuss their insurance needs and provide personalized recommendations
* **Marketing appropriate products and services**: Promote arenaflex insurance and financial services to customers, using your knowledge and expertise to identify the best solutions for their needs
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* **Interest in marketing products and services**: Enjoy sharing information about insurance and financial services with customers, and be passionate about helping them achieve their goals
* **Excellent communication skills**: Be able to communicate effectively with customers, both verbally and in writing
