**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Experience Associate, you'll be responsible for:
* Working closely with customers to discuss their insurance needs, including our exclusive discounts and programs
* Resolving issues related to our discounts or programs in a timely and professional manner
* Reaching out to customers to schedule appointments and provide personalized support
* Cross-selling our Multi-Line discount to customers, highlighting the benefits and value it offers
* Handling incoming calls and answering questions from customers, providing clear and concise information
* Collecting payments and making policy changes as needed
* Setting up bill accounts and processing simple billing requests
* Submitting claims paperwork and providing proof of insurance documents as requested by clients
* Assisting with INFB Health Plans and other related tasks
* Performing additional duties as assigned by management
**Requirements for Success**
To excel in this role, you'll need:
* A high school diploma or equivalent
* At least 3 years of customer service experience, with a preference for insurance experience
* A Property & Casualty insurance license, or the ability to obtain one within a year
* A working knowledge of Farm Bureau discounts and programs, or the ability to learn quickly
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with a variety of audiences
* Strong time management and problem-solving skills
* Attention to detail and accuracy, with a focus on delivering high-quality results
* The ability to interact professionally with internal and external clients
* Proficiency in using Android and Apple phones
* Patience and understanding when guiding customers through technology
