With a commitment to promoting and funding alternative art, music, and entertainment, arenaflex is a brand that's not only changing the way we drink but also the way we experience culture. **Role Overview** As a Customer Service Representative, you will act as the single point of contact with our Amazon customer as well as the arenaflex Amazon Key Account team and Supply Chain team, ensuring exceptional service and maintaining strong relationships while addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
