**What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)**
As a Customer Service Representative 2, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer service in all interactions, ensuring a positive experience for every client.
* Handling customer inquiries through phone and email while maintaining quality metrics, meeting or exceeding performance standards.
* Participating in training sessions and applying knowledge to enhance service delivery, staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.

**What's Required (Qualifications)**

* The ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Security Clearance.
* US Citizenship.
