**Key Responsibilities**
* Receive and process calls from patients and families, gathering information and relaying it to our clinical team
* Provide exceptional customer care, responding to caller inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple calls and tasks simultaneously
* Collaborate with our clinical team to ensure seamless communication and care coordination

**Essential Qualifications**
* 18 years of age
* Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
* Accurate keyboard and typing skills (minimum requirements)
* Proficient use of Microsoft Office and internet navigation
* Strong customer service skills, with the ability to speak with a smile in your voice
* Ability to work evening, weekend shifts, and holidays (paid at time ½)
* Access to high-speed internet on a personal network (cannot be a shared network)
* Personal, private, and patient-confidential workspace environment required
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Previous customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare or telehealth setting
* Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMRs) and healthcare software

**Compensation and Benefits**
