**Responsibilities and Duties**
As a Customer Service / Cafe Representative at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to internal and external customers, including:
* Greeting customers in a friendly, professional manner
* Providing concierge services to pilots and customers, including making reservations as required
* Invoicing for services rendered to customers and pilots
* Recording customer preferences in our customer relationship management system
* Proactive preparation for all incoming aircraft
* Providing timely feedback to the company regarding service failures or customer concerns
* Partnering with the line service team to meet and exceed customer service expectations
* Maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, including the front desk, lobby, and all FBO amenities
* Rotating between front desk duties and cafe duties for at least 1 week every month after training
* Learning and making a variety of drinks for our cafe customers
* Providing effective customer service for all internal and external customers by using excellent, in-depth knowledge of company products and menu items
**Competencies**
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following competencies:
* Customer focus: naturally outgoing and extroverted, with a passion for delivering exceptional service
* Communication skills: able to communicate effectively with customers, employees, and team members in person, on the phone, and through radio communications
* Technical skills: proficient in Microsoft Office products and point of sale programs
* Basic mathematical knowledge: able to perform basic math calculations and handle cash transactions
* Physical abilities: able to lift 25 pounds, stand for long periods, and walk throughout the facility to interact with customers
* Bi-lingual: preferred but not required
**Reporting Relationship and Work Environment**
This position reports to the Customer Service Manager and operates in a professional environment that may include exposure to all types of weather conditions and direct contact with both moving and non-moving aircraft. **Physical Demands**
The physical demands of this role include:
* Lifting 25 pounds
* Standing for long periods to greet customers and interact with colleagues
* Walking throughout the facility to provide excellent customer service
* Possible exposure to hazardous noise levels, chemicals, fumes, and machinery
**Position Type and Expected Hours of Work**
This is a non-exempt position that requires shift work, including evenings, weekends, and scheduled company holidays. No experience is necessary in aviation, but a passion for delivering exceptional service is a must!

No travel is expected for this position.
**Education, Experience, and Eligibility Qualifications**
* Customer service experience preferably in the service industry
* High School Diploma or equivalent
* Entry-level position
* Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
* Acceptable driving record
* Zero-tolerance drug-free employer, including pre-employment and random screening
