**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Associate to join our remote team. As a Customer Service Associate, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers and service providers, providing timely and effective support via phone, email, text, and web chat. You'll work closely with our team to resolve issues, troubleshoot software problems, and ensure a positive experience for our customers.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Answer incoming calls from customers and service providers, providing exceptional support and resolving issues in a timely manner
* Respond to customer emails, texts, and web chat inquiries, addressing all aspects of their concerns
* Assist customers with bookings, including booking a service, canceling, and rescheduling
* Help service providers with questions or issues regarding Work Orders and policy questions
* Troubleshoot software issues and provide technical support to customers and service providers
* Work collaboratively with our remote team, utilizing technology to facilitate communication, training, and meetings
**Essential Qualifications**
* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse customers and service providers
* Ability to analyze customer emails and provide thoughtful responses that address all aspects of their concerns
* Proficiency in using technology to facilitate communication, training, and meetings
* Ability to work efficiently on a remote-based team of co-workers
* Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot software malfunctions and resolve complex issues
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
* Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other productivity tools
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
