**Job Summary**
As an arenaflex Customer Service Associate, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, answering their requests through phone, chat, and/or email. You'll be responsible for preventing issues, solving queries, and delighting our customers with exceptional support experiences. Our Customer Service Associates use a variety of tools to navigate, research, and review solutions, and communicate effectively with customers.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Answer customer requests through phone, chat, and/or email, providing exceptional support experiences
* Prevent issues and solve queries related to orders, products, payments, and website guidance
* Use a variety of tools to navigate, research, and review solutions
* Communicate effectively with customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
* Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve complex issues
* Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers
* Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first call resolution, customer satisfaction, and quality assurance
**Essential Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
* 0-2 years of customer service experience; experience in a call center or retail environment a plus
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
* Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new processes and technologies
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
* Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software

* Experience with data entry and record-keeping
* Certification in customer service or a related field
