**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* **Delivering Exceptional Customer Experiences**: Engage with customers, resolve issues, and answer questions to ensure a positive experience.

* **Implementing Asset Protection Procedures**: Identify and minimize profit loss, ensuring compliance with state and local laws.
* **Constructing and Maintaining Displays**: Create visually appealing displays, including promotional, seasonal, and sale merchandise.
* **Providing Customer Service in the Photo Area**: Assist customers with digital passport photo service, poster print, and creative machine.
* **Assuming Web Pick-up Responsibilities**: Monitor orders, fill orders, and deliver them to customers.
* **Maintaining a Clean and Orderly Store**: Ensure a clean, neat, and orderly store condition and appearance.
* **Complying with Company Policies and Procedures**: Maintain respectful relationships with coworkers and complete special assignments as assigned.
**Essential Qualifications**
* **High School Diploma or Equivalent**: Required.
* **Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills**: Ability to engage with customers, team members, and management.
* **Basic Math Skills**: Ability to handle cash, process transactions, and maintain accurate records.
* **Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment**: Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and maintain a high level of productivity.

* **Basic Knowledge of Asset Protection Procedures**: Understanding of asset protection procedures and laws.
* **Ability to Lift Up to 25 Pounds**: Ability to lift, push, and pull merchandise as needed.
