**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service and Support Work From Home Intern at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in driving sales growth and customer engagement. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* **Lead Engagement**: Reach out to leads through phone calls to pitch our product offerings and generate interest. You'll be the face of arenaflex, and your exceptional communication skills will help build strong relationships with potential customers.
* **Managing Online Events**: Inform leads about our upcoming webinars and events, and encourage them to participate. You'll be responsible for promoting our events and ensuring that interested leads stay engaged with our brand.
* **Follow-Up Calls**: Follow up with interested leads to drive conversions and address any questions they may have. Your persistence and problem-solving skills will help turn leads into customers.
* **Marketing Collateral Sharing**: Send relevant marketing materials, such as brochures, videos, and presentations, to leads via email or text to keep them informed and engaged. You'll be responsible for sharing valuable content that showcases the benefits of our products.
* **Report Conversion Data**: Maintain records of your outreach and conversions, and report daily activity to the team. Your attention to detail and analytical skills will help us track our progress and identify areas for improvement.
**Who Can Apply**
We're looking for highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals who can commit to a 3-month work from home internship. To be eligible, you must:
* Be available to start the internship between December 6th, 2024, and January 10th, 2025.
* Have relevant skills and interests in customer service, sales, and marketing.
* Be available to work from home for the duration of the internship (3 months).
* Be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week.
**Stipend and Perks**
As a valued member of our team, you'll receive a stipend of INR 5,000-10,000 per month. Additionally, you'll have the opportunity to earn a certificate and a letter of recommendation upon successful completion of the internship.
**Skills Required**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* **MS-Excel**: Proficiency in MS-Excel is essential for data analysis and reporting.
* **English Proficiency (Spoken)**: Excellent spoken English skills are required for effective communication with leads and customers.
