**Your Role at arenaflex**
As an Experienced Customer Support Executive - Bangla Speaking, you will be responsible for providing support and issue resolution to our existing clients through various communication channels, including live chat, phone calls, and email. You will work closely with our team to ensure that our clients receive timely and accurate responses to their queries. Your role will involve:
* Processing client requests and solving issues via live chat, phone call, and email, while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
* Escalating issues to the appropriate specialist when needed, using Salesforce or Jira.
* Updating clients on their request status accordingly.
* Verifying documents submitted by clients within specific regions on an hourly basis.
* Preparing and interpreting reports and documentation as required in the role, with acceptable detail and accuracy.
* Understanding the company's business functions and roles by attending company seminars and meeting the required assessment target.
* Achieving quarterly KPI targets set by the CS manager.
* Performing other ad hoc tasks assigned by the manager.
