Your key responsibilities will include: * **Assisting individuals in understanding their coverages and selecting the right products, services, and best solutions to meet their personal needs**. * **Providing full lifecycle customer service and sales**, including accepting inbound calls and making outbound calls to provide follow-up support. * **Responding to customer inquiries with compassion and active listening**, and selecting the best solution in an efficient manner. * **Identifying additional needs customers may have and helping them to upgrade products or services**. **Why You?
