**What You'll Be Doing**
As a Customer Experience Champion at careerzynith, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to individuals seeking insurance solutions. Your key responsibilities will include:
* **Assisting individuals in understanding their coverages and selecting the right products, services, and best solutions to meet their personal needs**.
* **Providing full lifecycle customer service and sales**, including accepting inbound calls and making outbound calls to provide follow-up support.
* **Responding to customer inquiries with compassion and active listening**, and selecting the best solution in an efficient manner.
* **Identifying additional needs customers may have and helping them to upgrade products or services**.
