Senior Account Executive – West & Central Regions

Job Description: • Promote and sell Civix software solutions to new and existing clients. • Focus on GoElect, GoRegister, and GoEthics software solutions. • Build a pipeline, develop relationships, and drive revenue growth in the Western Region of the US. • Manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting to contract negotiation and closing. • Collaborate with internal teams to align Civix solutions to business outcomes for customers. • Stay current on competitive landscape and trends. • Represent the company at industry conferences and networking events. • Provide accurate sales forecasts and reporting in CRM (HubSpot). Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Political Science, Public Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience). • 7+ years of field sales experience, with at least 3 years in government or public sector technology solutions. • Proven track record of selling software solutions to State and Local government. • Strong understanding of election processes, ethics compliance, and regulatory frameworks. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Able to establish trust with Executive stakeholders. • Strategic thinker who can navigate complex political environments and procurement cycles. • Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
