**Job Summary**
As an Experienced Customer Sales Associate - Inbound Sales Representative for arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering an exceptional customer experience that drives sales growth and customer satisfaction. You'll be the voice of our brand, building strong relationships with customers and creating opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our extended warranty plans. **Key Responsibilities**
* Assist existing and new customers with incoming sales opportunities, providing solutions to their needs and exceeding their expectations.
* Responsible for closing extended warranty sales with the assistance of outbound call diallers, using your exceptional communication skills to overcome objections and build rapport with customers.
* Formulate business decisions based on information provided during the call, using your analytical skills to identify buying signals and opportunities for growth.
* Provide accurate and timely documentation of customer interactions within multiple database systems, ensuring that customer information is up-to-date and secure.
* Adhere to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) set by the leadership team, ensuring that departmental expectations and quality assurance standards are met.
* Support the team and wider functions to succeed by sharing knowledge, providing feedback, and proactively looking for ways to improve the customer journey and personal competency.
* Act as a back-up to both Inbound and Outbound Contact Center Teams, focusing on closing extended warranty sales and providing exceptional customer service.
**Skills & Experience Required**
* 1-3 years of Customer Service and Sales experience in a call center environment, with a proven track record of success in sales and customer satisfaction.
* Genuine desire to provide exceptional customer service, with a passion for building strong relationships and driving sales growth.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to be positive, energetic, and professional while overcoming objections and building rapport with customers.
* Ability to understand first call resolution, with a focus on resolving customer issues efficiently and effectively.
* Self-motivated, able to work independently, and a desire to learn and succeed in a fast-paced business environment.
* Attention to detail, with the ability to follow through and manage multiple tasks while adapting to change.
* Demonstrates teamwork, displays a positive attitude, and has a strong work ethic, with a commitment to maintaining regular attendance and punctuality.
* High School Diploma or GED required, with a strong foundation in mathematics and communication.
