This role will require approximately 8-20 hours per week (average of about 15 hours per week) and is starting immediately. As a Freelance Experience Strategist, you'll work closely with our team to develop and implement customer experience strategies that drive business growth and innovation. **Key Responsibilities** As a Freelance Experience Strategist, you'll be responsible for: * Supporting the development of communications plans that align with our customer-centric approach * Developing channel briefs for social and digital creative to fulfill media plans * Reviewing creative to ensure alignment to brief and platform best practices * Creating and managing omnichannel asset ecosystems to map creative assets to audiences across the funnel * Consulting on and contributing to briefs for various digital marketing channels (social media, digital display, website, email, app engagement, etc.) **How You'll Excel in Your Role** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * 5-10 years' experience in digital marketing and/or social media strategy (experience with channels beyond social required) * Familiarity and understanding of basic principles of brand building and measurement (i.e. brand trackers, audience segmentation, category dynamics, principles of growth, etc.) * Availability for meetings in PST timezone * Ability to contribute independently to the below requirements without requiring a lot of oversight/training * Clear, competent, and confidence-inspiring communication style **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field * Proven track record of developing and implementing successful customer experience strategies * Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and their applications * Excellent communication and project management skills * Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team **Preferred Qualifications** * Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field * Experience working with customer experience management tools and software * Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) * Experience with content creation and management (e.g. blog posts, social media content, email marketing) **Skills and Competencies** To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and competencies: * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication and project management skills * Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team * Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and their applications * Familiarity with customer experience management tools and software * Ability to analyze data and create actionable insights **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At careerzynith, we're committed to helping our team members grow and develop their skills.
