**What You'll Do:**
As a Customer Experience Advisor at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Delivering nothing-but-wonderful customer service by supporting customers via email and live chat, ensuring that every interaction is personalized, empathetic, and exceeds their expectations.
* Learning our internal management system to efficiently process sales orders and maintain customer relationships, providing a seamless experience from start to finish.
* Utilizing internal communication software to interact with your teammates, management, and other departments, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
* Dreaming up solutions for even the smallest trends and pain points, so we can optimize each customer's experience and make their interactions with arenaflex truly unforgettable.
**Who You Are:**
We're looking for a self-starter who takes ownership of their work and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. You're a creative and innovative problem solver who continually thinks outside the box, always looking for ways to improve and exceed expectations. As a sensitive and skillful communicator, you can adapt your tone and communication style depending on your audience, ensuring that every interaction is tailored to their needs.
**Requirements:**
To be successful in this role, you'll need to:
* Be able to attend a virtual two-week onboarding via Google Meet video calls, where you'll learn the ins and outs of our systems and procedures.
* Have a quiet workspace with minimal noise, where you can focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
* Be available to work 20-29 hours per week, with shift times starting as early as 8 a.m. and as late as 9 p.m. CT.
* Be available evenings and weekends, including during the holiday season.
* Have a reliable high-speed internet connection with access to your router – a laptop and all necessary equipment will be provided!
* Not be on the Office of Inspector General's List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE).
**Extra Credit:**
While not required, customer service experience and experience working from home are definite plus factors in this role. If you have a background in customer-facing roles or have experience working remotely, we'd love to hear about it!
