As a remote employee, you'll enjoy the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home while being part of a dynamic team that's shaping the future of customer experience. **Key Responsibilities** As an Experienced Customer Contact Representative, you'll be responsible for: * Answering inbound calls related to federal debts, collections, and returned checks, and taking appropriate actions based on the account status * Reviewing and researching customer accounts to resolve inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner * Documenting collection efforts made according to policies and procedures * Promoting products and services related to ECP Military Star and E-Commerce * Maintaining and improving quality results by adhering to standards, guidelines, policies, and procedures * Handling customer and Exchange inquiries on ESSO accounts (ration balance, credit balance, refund of credit balance, plate deactivation, etc.) * Performing other duties as assigned **Essential Qualifications** * One year of customer service, customer relations, or retail operations experience required * Prior experience in a call center environment preferred * Strong communication and problem-solving skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities * Excellent customer service skills and a customer-centric approach **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel * Familiarity with account services, ATN, credit card management systems, CCD, CVS, and Microsoft PowerPoint * Typing speed of 30 WPM or higher * Ability to work in a 24X7 environment, including shift work, holidays, and weekends **Technical Requirements** * Microsoft Outlook * Microsoft Word * Account services (preferred) * ATN (preferred) * Credit card management system (preferred) * CCD (preferred) * CVS (preferred) * Excel (intermediate level, preferred) * Microsoft PowerPoint (preferred) * Typing speed of 30 WPM (preferred) **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their skills.
