**Key Responsibilities and Duties**
As a Customer Care Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

**Requirements for Success**
To excel in this role, you'll need:
* **Minimum 1 Year Experience in Customer Support**: A proven track record of providing exceptional customer service in a call center, banking, insurance, or sales environment.
* **Great Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal, written, and listening skills to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues.
* **Relentless Drive to Own Customer Problems**: A relentless drive to own customers' problems and think outside the box to resolve them.
* **Minimum High School Diploma or GED**: A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a college degree is preferred.
* **Home Office Environment**: Ability to commit to having a home office environment that is free of distractions or responsibilities outside of the role during working hours assigned.
* **Paid Comprehensive Training Program**: As a condition of employment, you must attend all required training to achieve an optimal learning experience and qualify for this role.
**Desirable Skills and Experience**

**Working Conditions and Physical Requirements**
As a Customer Care Specialist, you'll be working in a remote setting, which requires:
