**Job Summary**
We are seeking experienced Customer Care Representatives to join our remote team. As a Customer Care Representative, you will play a vital role in ensuring that every customer interaction is positive and helpful while representing arenaflex's values of integrity, respect, and care. You will handle inbound and outbound customer calls, engage with customers to address their needs promptly and effectively, and utilize various systems to assist customers with ticket bookings, flight changes, and other inquiries related to travel arrangements.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
* Assist customers with booking tickets, modifying reservations, and answering queries
* Provide support for customer complaints and find resolutions to issues in a timely manner

**Requirements**
* High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
* Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, ideally in a call center environment
