You'll be responsible for researching and resolving complex issues, while maintaining a high level of attention to detail and accuracy. This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the growth and success of arenaflex. **Key Responsibilities** * Respond to written inquiries from customers in a prompt, accurate, and objective manner * Research and resolve complex issues, while maintaining a high level of attention to detail and accuracy * Utilize data entry and typing skills to accurately and efficiently process customer information * Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience * Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of arenaflex's products and services * Provide clear and concise verbal and written communication to customers and internal stakeholders * Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree or 3 years of experience in provider network contracting, credentialing, or servicing in a health care or health insurance environment * Experience in provider outreach, making decisions, and responding quickly to questions * Data entry and/or typing experience * Interpersonal, analytical, organizational, and independent decision-making skills * Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills * Experience with Microsoft suite * Detail-oriented **Preferred Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree * 5 years of experience in provider network contracting, credentialing, or servicing * 6 months of data entry experience in an office environment * Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Proficiency in Microsoft suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel * Strong attention to detail and accuracy * Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively * Strong customer service skills and a customer-centric approach **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
