**Responsibilities**
As an Experienced Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* **Data Entry and Management**: Inputting data from paper documents into digital spreadsheets, updating order statuses for customers, and double-checking your work to ensure accuracy.
* **Data Verification and Quality Control**: Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities if possible, and checking the output to ensure data integrity.
* **Research and Data Retrieval**: Researching and obtaining further information for incomplete documents, and applying data program techniques and procedures to ensure accurate data entry.
* **Data Analysis and Reporting**: Generating reports, storing completed work in designated locations, and performing backup operations to ensure data security and integrity.
* **Document Scanning and Printing**: Scanning documents and printing files, when needed, to support data entry and management processes.
* **Data Security and Confidentiality**: Maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive information and adhering to arenaflex's data security policies and procedures.
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* **Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office**: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
* **Strong Computer Skills**: Excellent computer skills, including touch typing and database management tools.
* **Analytical Thinking**: Ability to think analytically and critically, with a focus on data analysis and problem-solving.
* **Attention to Detail**: Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and data integrity.
* **Communication Skills**: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
* **Experience**: Previous experience working in a data entry or related role is a plus, but not required.
