**Job Summary**
As a Bilingual Customer Support Specialist, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional support to our customers via phone, email, and chat. You'll be the go-to expert for resolving customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and recommending arenaflex's best solutions. Your excellent communication skills, linguistic abilities, and problem-solving prowess will make you an invaluable asset to our team.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
* Understand customer needs and recommend arenaflex's best solutions to meet their requirements
* Help customers navigate arenaflex's products and services, ensuring a seamless experience
* Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a fair and efficient manner
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
* Stay up-to-date on arenaflex's products, services, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers
* Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
* Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
**Essential Qualifications**
* 2+ years of experience in customer support or a related field
* Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technical tools
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
