**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our after hours team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving client and nurse queries, and providing timely responses to queries through our texting platform. This is a full remote position, with a 3-day working week of 4-hour shifts per day and a Saturday and Sunday shift of 12 hours per day.
**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
* Answering all incoming calls and resolving client and nurse queries that are within the scope of after-hours
* Providing timely responses to queries that come in through our texting platform
* Notifying clients and replacing caregiver callouts as necessary
* Confirming caregivers 1-2 hours before shift start
* Performing initial intake for callers potentially interested in services
* Documenting all scenarios on our platform, as well as updating caregiver schedules as needed
* Completing non-urgent admin projects if time allows
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
* **Fluent in English**: You must be fluent in English, with excellent communication and language skills.
* **Compassionate and confident**: You must be compassionate and confident in your ability to provide exceptional customer service.
* **Responsible and reliable**: You must be responsible and reliable, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results.
* **10+ years' work experience in customer service + office duties**: You must have at least 10 years' experience in customer service and office duties, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
* **Adaptable and flexible regarding work hours**: You must be adaptable and flexible regarding work hours, with a strong ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
* **Impeccable phone and computer skills**: You must have impeccable phone and computer skills, with a strong ability to navigate our platform and systems.
* **Staffing and/or health care experience**: You must have experience in staffing and/or health care, with a strong understanding of the industry and its practices.
* **Experience working remotely and independently to the USA**: You must have experience working remotely and independently to the USA, with a strong ability to manage your time and prioritize tasks effectively.
* **Quiet and professional work-from-home environment**: You must have a quiet and professional work-from-home environment, with a strong ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.
* **Remotely set up with Wi-Fi and load-shedding back-up**: You must be remotely set up with Wi-Fi and load-shedding back-up, with a strong ability to maintain connectivity and access to our systems.
