**Job Description**
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative (Spanish), you'll be the face of arenaflex, working closely with our wholesale and retail customers to determine their needs, answer their questions about our products, and recommend the right solutions. You'll be responsible for:
* Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
* Providing product information, recommendations, and solutions to meet customer needs
* Building strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty

**Essential Qualifications**
* Bilingual in Spanish (written and verbal)
* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a retail or wholesale environment
