We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. **Key Responsibilities:**
* Respond to inbound and outbound call inquiries in a professional, friendly, and timely manner, demonstrating a public-service-oriented approach and understanding of the needs of individuals with disabilities.
* Initiate outbound calls to respond to inquiries and follow up with previous contacts, ensuring seamless customer interactions.
* Perform support ticket transaction resolution tasks and administrative functions, maintaining accurate records and documentation for audit and internal control purposes.
* Create and maintain excellent documentation of all calls, questions, complaints, and mailed inquiries, ensuring compliance with program rules and regulations.
* Route mail, email, and other administrative support duties as assigned, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Develop a working knowledge of operating platforms required to fulfill job responsibilities, staying up-to-date with program rules and regulations.
* Collaborate with colleagues to resolve complex customer issues, providing exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
**Required Skills:**
* Excellent verbal, written communication, and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
* Demonstrated understanding and ability to work with persons with disabilities, promoting a culture of inclusion and respect.
* Ability to compose reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals, with excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
* Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex customer issues, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Excel, and Word, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
**Qualifications:**
* High school degree or equivalent required.
* 6-month call center experience preferred, or 1-year customer service experience.
* Bilingual (Spanish) is required, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
* Ability to work in a remote setting, with a reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
**Working Conditions:**
* Remote setting, with flexible scheduling between the hours of Monday – Friday 8:00am – 8:00pm EST and Saturday 9:00am – 1:00pm EST.
* Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
