**About the Role**
As a Partner Product Manager on our Computerization Development team, you'll play a critical role in shaping the future of conversational AI and live chat support at arenaflex. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers, data scientists, and business partners, to design, develop, and launch innovative products that delight our customers. Your expertise will help us drive business growth, improve customer satisfaction, and stay ahead of the competition in a rapidly evolving industry.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Lead the development and implementation of conversational AI and live chat support products, working closely with stakeholders to define product requirements and prioritize features
* Collaborate with engineers, data scientists, and business partners to design and develop innovative products that meet customer needs and drive business growth
* Analyze customer data, market trends, and industry insights to inform product development and drive business decisions
* Develop and maintain product roadmaps, working closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment and prioritization
* Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to stakeholders, including executives, product teams, and business partners
* Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product launches, including testing, deployment, and post-launch analysis
* Identify and prioritize opportunities for process improvement, working closely with stakeholders to implement changes and drive business results
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, software engineering, or a related field
* 4+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on conversational AI and live chat support
* Proven track record of driving innovation and delivering exceptional customer experiences
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and drive business decisions
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
* Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems (e.g., Git)
* Familiarity with cloud-based technologies and platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure)
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Master's degree in business, computer science, software engineering, or a related field
* 6+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on conversational AI and live chat support
* Experience with machine learning and natural language processing (NLP) technologies
