Our team is comprised of bold thinkers, passionate individuals who share our vision of bringing affordable, quality insurance to people across the country. **Job Summary** As an Experienced Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing outstanding customer service while working diligently to meet customer needs. You'll focus on resolving customer inquiries on the first call, with minimal effort required on the part of the customer, thus providing the most customer value. You'll be fluent in English and Spanish, and will spend 80% of your time working from home, proximate to one of our office locations. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop knowledge of systems and several application trainings associated with policy processing * Respond to basic inquiries from agents, agency staff & customers related to policies and accounts with supervision * Attend training and obtain licenses to acquire skills needed to transition to next level * Provide input on process Improvement ideas for customer and agent support processes * Follow procedures and continuous process improvement standard work **Specialized Knowledge & Skills Requirements** * Demonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions, support or service * Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills * Demonstrated typing/keyboarding skills (30 wpm) * Demonstrated experience with various PC software applications (e.g. Microsoft Office Suites, Internet Explorer, Outlook) * Demonstrated math skills (multiplication, division, addition, subtraction) * Must pass bilingual assessments in reading, understanding, writing, and conversing fluently in both Spanish and English **Preferred Qualifications** * Property & Casualty (P&C) License preferred but not required * Experience working in a customer service role, preferably in the insurance industry **Travel Requirements** * Up to 10% travel required for in-person engagement activities such as team meetings, trainings, and culture events **Work Environment** * Primarily home-based role, with 80% of time spent working from home * Proximate to one of our office locations, with occasional travel required for in-person engagement activities * Collaborative and dynamic work environment, with a focus on teamwork and continuous process improvement **Compensation & Benefits** * Starting pay: $23.00/hour * Competitive 401(k) contribution, pension plan, and annual incentive * Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and wellbeing benefits * 9 paid holidays and a paid time off program (23 days accrued annually for full-time employees) * Student loan repayment program and paid-family leave available to support employees and their families **Why Join arenaflex?** * Competitive compensation and benefits package * Opportunities for career growth and professional development * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Flexible work arrangements, including primarily home-based role * Comprehensive training and support to help you succeed in your role **How to Apply** If you're passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and are fluent in English and Spanish, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
