**Position Responsibilities**
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
* Processing customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology
* Communicating with customers over phone, email, and chat to resolve their queries and concerns
* Helping customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system
* Becoming a product and solutions expert by learning about our products, pricing, and shipping options
* Providing legendary service to our customers by answering their questions quickly and confidently
**Minimum Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred
* Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we will train you to provide exceptional service to our customers
* Bilingual (English/Spanish) fluency in both verbal and written forms
