**Your Schedule**
As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll work a standard 9 AM to 5 PM EDT (Eastern Daylight Time, UTC-4) schedule, which aligns with our clients' most active hours. This is when you'll be the hero they need, providing timely and effective support that makes a real difference in their lives.
**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:
* Providing exceptional support to our clients via Zendesk, chat, and calls, offering thoughtful, fast, and solution-focused solutions to their queries and concerns.
* Tackling bank disputes with confidence and clarity, always standing up for what's fair and right.
* Troubleshooting technical issues and turning problems into opportunities to shine.
* Working side-by-side with an inspiring team to continuously improve our processes and deliver wow-worthy experiences.
* Partnering with the Support Team Lead to shape and scale a truly exceptional customer support department.
**What We're Looking For**
To succeed as a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll need:
* 1+ year of experience in a Customer Support role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional client experiences.
* Fluent written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
* A natural communicator with a proactive, energetic approach, who is passionate about delivering outstanding support.
* Bonus points if you have experience in Customer Success – we love go-getters who understand long-term client happiness!
