About the Role
We are seeking a highly driven, results-oriented Account Executive to join our growing team. This role is designed for a high-performing, extroverted sales professional with a track record of exceeding quotas. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end sales cycle, closing high-value contracts, and consistently achieving revenue and activity targets primarily through remote, phone-based outreach.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full-cycle sales process with a primary focus on closing high-ticket deals.
Proactively source and develop a pipeline of prospective clients (target: >20% self-sourced revenue).
Conduct a high volume of daily outbound calls and digital meetings to engage key decision-makers.
Consistently meet or exceed monthly revenue KPIs and deal closure targets.
Optimize Lead Conversion Rates and maintain a premium Average Order Value (target: $9,000+).
Navigate complex sales objections and articulate competitive advantages effectively.
Maintain meticulous records and high data integrity within our CRM (Pipedrive).
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience: Proven success in remote, high-ticket inside sales (phone/digital presentation experience required; face-to-face experience is secondary).
Seniority: Candidates with extensive veteran experience in high-ticket environments are eligible for an elevated base salary.
Communication: Fluent English language skills are mandatory.
Personality: Extroverted, resilient, and highly motivated by financial performance and uncapped earning potential.
Technical Skills: High computer proficiency, including a minimum of 6 months of professional CRM experience (Pipedrive, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
Track Record: A documented history of success managing and closing deals with a high Average Order Value ($2,000+ per transaction minimum).
