Digital Systems – E-commerce Lead

Job Description: • Develop, launch, and manage websites using platforms such as Shopify, WordPress, Webflow, or similar • Oversee and improve e-commerce operations and lead generation funnels • Implement and manage CRM systems, ensuring seamless integrations across tools • Build and maintain automations using platforms like Zapier or Make • Apply AI tools to enhance workflows, optimize marketing efforts, and increase conversion rates • Ensure all digital systems are interconnected, scalable, and efficient • Take full ownership of the company’s digital infrastructure and continuously identify improvement opportunities • Recommend and implement new tools, systems, and processes to support business growth Requirements: • Demonstrated experience building and managing websites end-to-end • Strong background working with CRM systems and integrations • Experience with automation platforms such as Zapier or Make • Familiarity with AI tools and their application in business processes • Ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities • Ownership mindset with a proactive approach to challenges • Experience managing multiple websites or brands is a plus • Background in e-commerce optimization and performance improvement • Basic understanding of paid advertising platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads) • Experience working in fast-paced or startup environments Benefits: • 100% remote work environment • Opportunity to grow into a leadership role overseeing digital infrastructure • Exposure to multiple brands and business models • High-impact role with autonomy and decision-making influence
