- Enter data accurately and efficiently into the company database
- Review and verify data for errors or discrepancies
- Manage a high volume of data entry tasks
- Maintain data confidentiality and security
- Communicate any issues or errors to the appropriate parties
- Assist with general office tasks as needed
- Meet deadlines and work efficiently with accuracy
- High school diploma or GED certificate
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel and Word
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Experience with data entry or administrative tasks preferred
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and ethical behavior
- While training will be done in-office, after 1-3 weeks, position can be done remotely.
