- Help clients set meaningful goals and work toward measurable outcomes.
- Diligently track clients’ progress and serve as an accountability partner.
- Complete clinical documentation in a timely and legally compliant manner.
- Actively participate as a positive and collaborative member of the clinical team.
- Master’s degree in psychology, counseling, or a related field.
- Completion of at least 1,000 post-graduate clinical hours toward licensure.
- Strong commitment to building therapeutic relationships and achieving meaningful outcomes for clients.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- A desire to grow within a group private practice and remain with us after licensure.
