As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be part of a talented team that is focused on patient care through after-hours calls, supporting our entire five-state franchise (Indiana, Kentucky, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia).
**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Support Specialist with arenaflex, you will play a critical role in providing positive customer experiences by:
* Actively listening and probing callers in a professional and timely manner to determine the purpose of the calls
* Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email, or chat
* Providing swift, thorough, friendly, and effective customer service to all internal and external customers, remaining focused on creating great customer experiences
* Resolving issues by clarifying the customer's concern, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, and expediting correction or adjustment
* Having access to personal health information ("PHI") necessary to fulfill the above duties and responsibilities
* Effectively working with others and promoting teamwork to generate positive and creative results
**Qualifications and Requirements**
To qualify for this exciting opportunity, you will need:
* Ability to work every weekend, 3rd shift (Saturdays 8pm to 8am and Sundays 8pm to 8:30am)
* High school diploma
* One (1) year experience in customer service
* Ability to work in a quiet remote setting
* Ability to multi-task, work under pressure with changing priorities and short deadlines, and effectively handle a heavy workload
* Ability to effectively communicate, both orally and in writing, with clinical and non-clinical personnel
* Proficient in software programs and able to navigate between computer systems
* Ability to sit in front of a computer for long periods of time
* Travel required for training and onsite orientation at an office nearest to you
