**Job Description**
We're seeking a Customer Success Representative to join our summer team, working remotely and part-time/full-time. As a key member of our customer happiness team, you will play a critical role in nurturing our community of families with your exceptional communication and relationship-building skills. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Providing exceptional customer service via email, phone, and chat to resolve inquiries and issues promptly
* Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers, anticipating their needs to ensure satisfaction
* Conducting customer outreach and follow-ups to provide personalized support and ensure continued engagement
* Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and monitoring feedback to identify improvement areas
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet customer needs and drive process improvements
* Assisting with special projects to support the customer happiness team, such as research or system development projects

* Hours: 30-40 hours per week, Saturdays and Sundays required
