**Job Description**
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for handling a variety of customer inquiries, analyzing payment history/notes, and communicating statuses to customers. You'll work with leading technologies and systems, and have a dedicated team of leaders and peers to support you.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Handle maintenance, collection, and liquidation activities for an assigned portfolio of accounts
* Handle a variety of customer inquiries, including phone calls, emails, and chats
* Analyze payment history/notes and communicate statuses to customers
* Work with leading technologies and systems to resolve customer issues
* Collaborate with team members to achieve goals and objectives
* Provide excellent customer service, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty
**Qualifications:**
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities
* Drive to solve problems and meet goals
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools
* Experience in customer service, preferably in a remote setting
* High school diploma or equivalent
**Requirements for Remote Work:**
* Excellent internet connectivity (2 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download speeds)
* Hardwired internet access (wireless and/or satellite Internet Service Providers are not compatible with our systems)
* Productive, quiet, and distraction-free workspace
* Smartphone (iOS or Android) with a 4-year-old or newer model, capable of downloading our app for company communications
