**Job Summary**
As an Experienced Full Stack Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in leading our data-driven initiatives and driving business growth through data analysis, visualization, and insights. You will be responsible for managing a team of data analysts, leading the analysis of new platform updates and application releases, and developing comprehensive data visualization workstreams to inform business decisions. Your expertise in business intelligence and data science will help us uncover new opportunities and drive innovation across the organization.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Lead a team of 3-4 data analysts, providing guidance, mentorship, and technical direction to ensure the team's success
* Conduct in-depth analysis of new platform updates and application releases, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth
* Develop and maintain comprehensive data visualization workstreams, including dashboards and reporting tools, to support business decision-making
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Advanced Innovation and Client Travel Experience, to drive data-driven initiatives and inform business strategies
* Communicate complex ideas and insights to senior leadership and stakeholders, using data visualization and storytelling techniques to drive engagement and action
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices in business intelligence and data science, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement across the organization
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Science, or related field
* 4+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, and data science, with 3+ years in a Fortune 500 organization
* 1+ years of leadership experience, with a proven track record of driving teams and delivering results
* Master's degree in Business Intelligence, Data Science, or related field
* Expert-level skills in business intelligence tools, such as PowerBI, Tibco Spotfire, or Tableau
* Strong SQL skills and experience with data modeling and data warehousing
* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
**What Will Set You Apart**
* Graduate degree in Data Science, Aviation Management, or related field
* Industry-recognized certifications, such as Google Data Analytics Professional Certificate, Power BI Data Analyst Certification, or AWS Certified Data Analyst
* 3+ years of leadership experience, with a proven track record of driving teams and delivering results
* Experience with data visualization tools, such as DataDog, AppD, or Kibana
* Experience with big data analytics tools, such as Hadoop, Spark, or NoSQL databases
* Past experience in the aviation industry or travel sector
* Experience with cloud-based data platforms, such as AWS Redshift, Quicksight, or Athena
