Role Description We are hiring a Crypto On-Chain & Markets Analyst for a full-time remote position based in Canada. This role focuses on combining on-chain analytics with real-time market analysis to generate actionable insights across cryptocurrency markets. You will track blockchain activity, monitor market behavior, and identify trends, narratives, and opportunities across digital asset ecosystems. The ideal candidate is highly crypto-native, data-driven, and comfortable analyzing both blockchain data and market dynamics in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment. Responsibilities • Analyze on-chain data across major blockchain networks, including wallet activity, token flows, and smart contract interactions • Monitor cryptocurrency markets, including price action, liquidity, volume, and volatility • Combine on-chain insights with market signals to identify high-conviction opportunities • Track key metrics such as TVL, user growth, transaction activity, and protocol usage • Identify emerging narratives, catalysts, and early-stage ecosystem trends • Build dashboards and queries using analytics tools (e.g., Dune, Nansen, Glassnode) • Produce structured research reports, dashboards, and market updates • Support trading and investment teams with data-driven insights • Stay updated on macro trends, protocol launches, and ecosystem developments Qualifications • Strong interest in cryptocurrency markets, DeFi, and blockchain ecosystems • Good understanding of on-chain data, wallets, transactions, and smart contracts • Solid grasp of market structure, trading concepts, and crypto fundamentals • Experience with on-chain analytics tools (e.g., Dune Analytics, Nansen, Glassnode) is preferred • Ability to interpret complex datasets and translate them into actionable insights • Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills • Good communication and reporting abilities • Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications • Experience building dashboards or writing queries (SQL, Python, or similar tools) • Familiarity with multiple blockchain ecosystems (Ethereum, Solana, Layer 2s, etc.) • Understanding of DeFi primitives (AMMs, lending, staking, derivatives) • Experience in trading, investing, or market analysis within crypto • Knowledge of tokenomics and incentive structures Benefits • Fully remote work environment (Canada-based) • Opportunity to work at the intersection of on-chain analytics and crypto markets • Exposure to trading, research, and investment strategies • Collaborative and performance-driven team culture • Opportunities for professional growth in digital asset analytics Compensation Salary range: CA$ 115,000 - CA$130,000 per year depending on experience Performance-based bonuses may also be available Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
