**About the Role**
As an Experienced IT Operations Manager, you'll play a critical role in defining and delivering the perfect customer experience for arenaflex employees. You'll lead local and/or remote resources, develop and leverage knowledge bases, and identify opportunities for automation, documentation, and process improvement. Your goal will be to reduce requests through proactive measures, set high standards for issue handling, escalation, and problem management, and guide the team with metrics and goals that clearly measure their success.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Manage local and/or remote resources to deliver exceptional IT support to arenaflex employees worldwide
* Assist the global organization in defining and delivering the perfect customer experience
* Develop and leverage knowledge bases to expedite the resolution of recurrent issues
* Identify opportunities for automation, documentation, and process improvement to reduce requests
* Set high standards for issue handling, escalation, and problem management across the organization
* Guide the team with metrics and goals that clearly measure their success
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and improve customer satisfaction
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to inform strategic decisions
**Essential Qualifications:**
* 5 years of experience developing a team of technical professionals across multiple locations
* 2 years of experience leading technology teams as an IT operations manager
* Bachelor's degree, or 4 years of professional or military experience
* Knowledge of Linux or Unix systems administration
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience with IT service management frameworks and tools
* Strong understanding of cloud computing and virtualization technologies
* Familiarity with collaboration tools and platforms, such as SharePoint and Exchange
