Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Commercial Litigation Attorney to join our litigation team. The ideal candidate will manage a diverse caseload of business and commercial disputes, provide strategic legal counsel, and represent clients through all phases of litigation.
What You Will Do
Handle commercial litigation matters from inception through trial and appeal, draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and legal memoranda, conduct legal research and case analysis, and represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and arbitrations.

Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in Florida
