This is a true business development role focused on building and scaling an emerging service line.

What you will do:
Identify and win new business across existing customers and new prospects
Leverage established relationships while opening new doors across healthcare systems
Build and manage a strong pipeline through outbound activity and networking
Own the full sales cycle from first contact to close
Sell into complex environments and engage senior stakeholders
Work with internal stakeholders and external vendors to identify, develop and manage service solutions
What we are looking for:
Proven business development professional with a strong track record of winning new business
7+ years in a hunter role
Confident, commercially sharp, and comfortable selling complex solutions
Ability to expand existing accounts while generating new opportunities
Self-starter who thrives in a build-phase environment
Driven, resilient, and focused on results

The base salary for this role is $125,395- $130,395. In addition this role is eligible for commission. Final compensation is determined based on experience, qualifications and alignment with internal benchmarks.
