Role Description
The Analyst, Clinical Documentation Integrity (CDI) is responsible for reviewing patient medical records to ensure clinical documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant, bridging the gap between clinical care and coding.
Qualifications
• Experience in clinical documentation integrity or related field.
• Strong understanding of medical terminology and coding.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
Requirements
• Ability to review and analyze medical records.
• Knowledge of compliance standards and regulations.
• Proficiency in using electronic health record systems.
