Bilingual Sales Support Coordinator (English/Spanish) – Remote

Job Overview UPLIMARK LLC is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Bilingual Sales Support Coordinator to support our growing international business operations. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in customer communication, outbound follow-up, CRM systems, scheduling, and remote administrative support. The position involves communicating with distributors and business customers, updating CRM systems, following up with leads, coordinating customer information, and supporting sales-related activities. We are looking for someone who is organized, professional, consistent, and comfortable working independently in a structured remote environment. Key Responsibilities • Conduct outbound follow-up calls and customer communication • Support lead follow-up activities through phone, email, WhatsApp, and CRM systems • Update and maintain CRM records accurately • Coordinate customer information, quotations, and follow-up schedules • Support bilingual communication with English and Spanish-speaking customers • Track lead status and maintain organized reporting • Work closely with management to support daily sales operations • Maintain consistent communication and follow-up activities • Assist with scheduling meetings and coordinating customer inquiries Requirements • Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written) • Previous experience with CRM systems preferred • Experience in sales support, customer coordination, outbound calling, or administrative support • Comfortable making outbound follow-up calls • Strong organizational and communication skills • Able to work independently in a remote environment • Detail-oriented and reliable • Strong follow-up and time management skills • Professional attitude and willingness to learn Preferred Qualifications • Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar CRM systems • Experience supporting B2B customers or distributors • Previous remote work experience • Experience with Excel, Google Sheets, or reporting systems • Call center or inside sales support experience is a plus Work Structure Initial onboarding period: • Approximately 4 hours per day (20 hours per week) • Independent Contractor (1099) structure Long-term opportunity: • Potential transition to full-time W2 employee status based on performance and business needs Benefits • Flexible remote work environment • Performance-based bonus opportunities • Long-term growth opportunity • Structured and professional remote team environment Additional Information This role requires strong consistency, professionalism, communication skills, and attention to detail.
