Job Description:
• Investigating, evaluating, negotiating, and settling workers compensation claims on behalf of clients.
• Communicating with various individuals including CEOs, claimants, providers offices, and attorneys.
• Handling claims in multiple jurisdictions is vital for success in this role.
Requirements:
• Minimum of 1 year experience as a workers compensation claims adjuster.
• License/state experience with TX.
• Demonstrated knowledge of workers compensation laws and regulations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in computer programs, including Microsoft Office and claims management software.
