We are seeking motivated and reliable Customer Service Representatives to join our team in a remote capacity. As a Customer Service Representative, you will handle inbound calls, emails, and chats to assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience-all from the comfort of your home.

Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound calls, emails, and chats in a professional and friendly manner.
• Assist customers with account questions, billing issues, product/service information, and troubleshooting.
• Provide accurate and timely solutions while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Document all customer interactions in the system accurately.
• Follow company policies, scripts, and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance.

Requirements:

• Must have previous Call Center experience
• Own computer/laptop with functional camera (No MACs nor CHROMEBOOK)
• Windows 11
• Windows Defender
• MUST be from Texas
• Headset

$17.00/hr
Must be flexible to work Monday- Saturday
