Job Summary:

- Problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.

Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or call center is preferred, but not required.
- Experience working remotely is a plus.
- Experience with troubleshooting technical issues or assisting with online orders is beneficial.
Working Hours:
- This is a remote position with flexible work hours.
