WFH Sales & Solution Consultant

About Virtualite  Virtualite Business helps entrepreneurs and organizations streamline operations through virtual support and digital process management. We drive growth by improving efficiency, productivity, and scalability—allowing clients to focus on what matters most.   We are currently looking for driven sales & solution consultants to join our expanding team. You will be responsible for connecting with prospective clients, identifying their needs, and introducing them to Virtualite’s service solutions.  In This Role:  Generate and qualify new leads through outbound outreach, networking, and inbound interest  Conduct virtual presentations and discovery calls to understand client needs  Recommend targeted solutions based on Virtualite’s service offerings  Build and maintain a sales pipeline using CRM tools  Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding for new clients  Achieve monthly outreach, activity, and sales targets  We are looking for:  Experience in sales or client acquisition is a plus, not required  Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport quickly  Self-driven, organized, and comfortable working remotely  Goal-oriented with the ability to manage multiple conversations and priorities  Tech-savvy and adaptable in a fast-paced, growing environment  What we offer:  Competitive pay with performance-based bonuses  Fully remote, work-from-home flexibility  Benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401k, and paid time off  Collaborative team culture with ongoing training and support  If you’re motivated by sales and enjoy helping businesses improve operational efficiency, , we’d love for you apply!
