Key Responsibilities
- Review approved quotes returned by customers for accuracy, exercising discretion and judgment in assessing their validity.
- Set up new customer contracts in Service Trade based on approved quotes, ensuring all details are accurately captured.
- Assign service lines to contracts as required, maintaining consistency and compliance with standard practices.
- Review repair quotes and ensure jobs are assigned to the appropriate job, optimizing workflow and efficiency.
- Verify customer's tax status and contract details, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable tax regulations.
- Assign applicable customers' assets as needed for job, maintaining accurate records and facilitating smooth operations.
- Assign customers' labor contract to jobs, abiding by appropriate labor allocation agreements and ensuring compliance.
- Collaborate with the sales team to request required documentation as needed, fostering a culture of teamwork and cooperation.
- Adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure all data is entered both with consistency and in compliance with approved standard practices.
- Perform other duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities.
What We're Looking For
Essential Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED is required.
- 3-5 years of office experience/data entry/customer service, with a proven track record of accuracy and efficiency.
- Proficient knowledge of accounting processes, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a practical context.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate professionally.

Preferred Qualifications
- An associate degree in business or supply chain is desirable.
