Video Editor Needed for Facebook & Instagram Ad Creatives

We're looking for a skilled video editor to produce multiple ad concepts for our Facebook and Instagram campaigns. Raw video content will be provided — your job is to transform it into scroll-stopping, high-converting ads. What you'll do: - Edit provided footage into multiple distinct ad concepts (different hooks, angles, and structures) - Apply Facebook/Instagram best practices: strong 3-second hooks, captions/subtitles, fast pacing, native-feel formatting - Deliver in correct aspect ratios (9:16 for Reels/Stories, 1:1 or 4:5 for feed) - Add text overlays, music, sound effects, and basic motion graphics as needed You should have: - Proven experience editing direct-response ads for Meta platforms - A portfolio showing ads you've cut (UGC-style, testimonial, or product-focused a plus) - Strong understanding of what stops the scroll and drives conversions - Quick turnaround and openness to feedback/revisions To apply, please share: - 2–3 examples of Facebook/Instagram ads you've edited - Your rate (per ad or hourly) - Typical turnaround time per concept This could turn into ongoing work for the right editor.
