Job Description:
• Develop positive relationships with Equity Compensation clients
• Build internal working relationships with Fidelity personnel in support of service delivery
• Supervise client satisfaction and facilitate the timely resolution of client issues
• Lead client profitability through evaluations of key revenue and expense metrics
• Negotiate contract renewals and collaborate with business partners
• Develop programs to increase households and conversions
• Provide formal plan reviews to clients
• Support client needs for corporate actions
Requirements:
• College degree preferred or equivalent work-related experience
• Ability to acquire Series 7 & 63/65 within the first three months of employment
• Bring 10+ years of Relationship Management or Client Service experience; preferably within Equity Compensation/Retirement/401K industry
• Transparent and credible presence in the Equity Compensation industry
• Certified Equity Professional designation is helpful
• Provide a strategic perspective on comprehensive employee benefit solutions for large corporations
• Must have well-developed communication, project management, consulting, and leadership skills
• Focused on understanding and responding to client needs
• Ability to successfully work in a matrix management environment
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships across multiple client constituencies
